Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) container mascarpone
- 1 1/3 cups heavy cream
- 2 Tbsp. confectioners’ sugar
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla bean paste
Directions
- Step 1Beat mascarpone on medium-high speed with an electric mixer until smooth, about 1 minute. Reduce speed to medium, and slowly beat in cream, scraping bowl as necessary. Slowly beat in sugar and vanilla paste.
