Ingredients
- 5 oz. (140 g) cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1/2 cup (40 g) lightly packed unsweetened shredded coconut
- 6 oz. (170 g) dark chocolate (60 to 72% cacao), melted and cooled
- 1 large egg
- 3 Tbsp. granulated sugar
Directions
- Step 1Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer on medium speed until smooth, about 1 minute. Add coconut, melted chocolate, egg, and sugar, and beat until completely incorporated, about 1 minute. Scrape down the sides and bottom of the bowl and mix for a few more seconds. Add 1/2 cup of cake batter to the filling and fold until incorporated.
