Ingredients
- 1 lb. cherries, pitted and halved
- 1/3 cup roasted and salted pistachios, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh mint
- 2 Tbsp. unseasoned rice vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Combine cherries, pistachios, mint, vinegar, and oil in a bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
