Ingredients
- 8 oz. smoked trout, skinned and broken into small pieces
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. chopped capers
- 1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Canola oil, for grill grates
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 2 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
- Step 1Gently combine trout, yogurt, dill, capers, mustard, lemon juice, and cayenne pepper. Season with salt.
- Step 2Set up grill for direct cooking and heat to medium. Once hot, clean and oil grill grates with canola oil. Drizzle bread with olive oil; season with salt and black pepper. Grill until toasted. Serve alongside dip.
