Ingredients
- 1 (12-ounce) package thick-sliced bacon
- 1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
Directions
- Step 1Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil and fit with a wire rack. Place bacon on rack.
- Step 2Stir together rosemary, sugar, and pepper in a bowl. Sprinkle mixture over bacon, pressing gently to help adhere. Bake until crisp, 35 to 40 minutes.
