Honey Garlic Salmon with Horseradish-Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes
This simple sauce makes weeknight salmon irresistible!

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup pure honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3 cloves garlic, chopped
- 4 (6-ounce) skin-on salmon filets
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- Horseradish–Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes, for serving, optional
Directions
- Step 1Combine honey, soy sauce, and garlic in a bowl. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Cook salmon, skin-side down, until skin is crispy, 6 to 7 minutes. Flip salmon and add honey mixture to pan. Cook until salmon is just cooked through and sauce is thickened, 1 to 2 minutes. Serve salmon topped with sauce and Horseradish-Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes alongside, if desired, or your favorite side dish.
