Ingredients
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice, plus lemon twist, for garnish
- 1 oz. gin
- 1 oz. elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz. Cointreau
- 1/8 tsp. absinthe
- Sunflower petals, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1 Combine lemon juice, gin, elderflower liqueur, Cointreau, and absinthe in a cocktail shaker. Top with ice and shake until very cold, about 20 seconds. Strain into a coupe glass. Serve garnished with lemon twist and sunflower petals.
