Our cozy, wintry, and chocolate-forward take on the classic espresso martini is a sweet-tooth’s dream. Chocolate is the star of this cocktail, with crème di cacao, chocolate bitters, and cacao powder packing a delicious chocolatey punch.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. aged rum
- 1 1/2 oz. espresso (or cold brew concentrate)
- 1/2 oz. crème de cacao
- 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur
- 1/4 oz. maple syrup
- 3 dashes chocolate bitters
- Cacao powder, for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Combine aged rum, espresso, crème de cacao, coffee liqueur, maple syrup, chocolate bitters, and ice in a cocktail shaker. Shake until chilled, 10 to15 seconds. Strain into a coupe or martini glass. Garnish with cocoa powder.
