Ingredients
- 1 gal. (16 cups) fresh apple cider
- 5 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 2 1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 2 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3 cups bourbon (see Tip)
Directions
- Step 1In a stockpot, heat apple cider, cinnamon, nutmeg, and ginger.
- Step 2When mixture is hot but not boiling, remove from heat and add bourbon. Stir to distribute spices and divide cider among 20 mugs.
