Freshen up your grill with this tangy tzatziki salmon burger.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. finely chopped skinless salmon
- 1 lg. egg
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 Tbsp. chopped capers
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
- 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- Kosher salt
- black pepper
- 4 brioche rolls
- Bibb lettuce, for serving
- Sliced cucumber, for serving
- Tzatziki, for serving
Directions
- Step 1Combine salmon, egg, panko breadcrumbs, capers, dill, and Dijon mustard; Shape into 4 (4 in.) patties. Season with salt and pepper.
- Step 2Grill, covered, over medium-high heat until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes per side. Serve on grilled brioche rolls with Bibb lettuce leaves, cucumber, and tzatziki.
