Classic lemonade gets a seasonal upgrade with fresh blueberries, making the most of berry season. Whether you’ve got bountiful blueberry bushes, a haul from a U-pick farm, or just enjoy picking up a fresh basket of berries from the grocery store, this refreshing beverage is a delightful treat for spring parties and all kinds of warm weather occasions.

Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 2 thyme sprigs, plus more for garnish
Directions
- Step 1Combine lemon juice, sugar, blueberries, and thyme in a mason jar. Mash with a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon until blueberries are broken down. Tightly screw on the lid and shake until the sugar is dissolved, about 1 minute. Let sit 1 hour.
- Step 2Pour sugar mixture into a large pitcher. Top with 6 cups water and ice. Serve garnished with thyme sprigs.
