3Easter cake
Serve up a simple celebration cake that feels effortlessly abundant to follow Sunday lunch or for afternoon tea.
Scatter sugar-coated speckled eggs and edible flowers over a buttercream-covered sponge. Try Good Housekeeping for a failsafe sponge recipe, or for a traditional Easter simnel cake, try Cherie Denham's recipe from The Irish Bakery.
